Vacate Drug Possession Convictions (State v. Blake)

State v. Blake is a 2021 Washington State Supreme Court decision that says the state's former drug possession law is unconstitutional. Because of Blake, you can ask a court to vacate (clear) your old (pre-Feb. 25, 2021) drug possession conviction from your record. Anyone with a drug possession conviction from the state of Washington may be eligible, even if you no longer live in the state.

Convictions of drug possession on or before February 25, 2021, can be cleared (“vacated”) and removed from your criminal record. Connect with a Blake Attorney to get started.
