Apply now to attend the Advanced Criminal Defense Training Academy, which takes place from November 5th -7th in Tacoma, WA. This training will focus on pre-trial motion practice and will help you develop efficient ways for drafting creative and thoughtful motions, as well as framing your defense at trial. At the end of this training, you will have created new motions to help you better represent your clients in pre-trial motion practice. This program will feature national and local experts on pre-trial practice, including SF County Public Defender Mano Raju and Clark County Public Defender Christopher Swaby.

The Academy is for experienced public defenders. Applicants should be felony-qualified, CDTA graduates, or have similar legal experience. Because of the interactive nature of this training, space is limited.
This program takes place November 5th - 7th at the Tacoma Mountaineers Center.
