Our function is to provide oversight on the program, this includes the legal services you receive.

When we receive a complaint, praise or comment we review it to decide if action is required. We attempt to resolve most concerns or complaints informally. Depending on the type of feedback, we may contact you and/or the attorney for more information.

Complaints require more information and a release of information. If you are a client, please fill out the Complaint Form [PDF]. If you are not the client, skip the form and send us your complaint.

We accept comments by email, phone, or mail.
