Juvenile Brain Development

In this recorded training, Dr. Mark Cunningham, Ph.D. discusses the latest research on Juvenile Brain Development and recounts how the science has been adopted by the courts in Washington. He will explain the reasoning behind recent case law requiring a re-examination of the way youth and young adults must be viewed by the criminal justice system.
